Oicle Land Surveying, PC is owned and operated by Robert F. Oicle, PLS. After completing the Geomatics Engineering Technology Program at the Centre of Geographic Sciences in Nova Scotia, Canada, Robert moved to New York in May 2006. He gained the required experience, passed the necessary examinations, and became licensed to practice land surveying in New York State in 2015 .
